Didnt take a xen as mr butter was asleep n didnt want to wake him (hes ill) the pack said 7.5g fat per 100g n so tastey

I was out for lunch to Harvester & I had jacket spud, chicken breast & peas & with that & breakfast it didn't leave me many calories so about all I can have is a ready meal so it's an Eat Smart spag bol with some veggies
