What's for tea tonight?

Hope you've all had lovely days today!
Tea for me was BBQ! Had a burger, a couple of sausages, found some pretty low-cal bratties too! Some reduced fat coleslaw and heaps of salad. Yum. I'm counting 800 for the lot, I had no potato salad, no wedges, and only a small roll for the burger. Yum yum yum!

Jacket potato with loads of cauliflower cheese, and maybe some BBQ chicken strips that DH and LO are having! :)

grilled chicken salad on the patio!

i had hot dogs for tea last night:( i hate weekends, im glad this one is over! i just cant resist the temptation!

WW tagliatelle bolognaise ready meal,
30g grated cheese
4 garlic dough balls

WW chocolate brownie pot for dessert :)

BBQ chicken with low fat mozzarella and potato skins I think! Only if I'm careful with my snacks upto tea time haha x

It's really simple:
Low fat turkey breast, chopped
Red onion chopped
Ginger
Red Thai curry paste
Half fat coconut milk
100g chorizo
Courgette
Broccoli
Butternut squash
Fish sauce

Fry the onion and turkey with ginger and fry light, add the squash and soften slightly( you can use any veg really. Sometimes I dice up new potatoes)
Add the coconut milk and Thai curry paste ( as much as you like)
Add the diced chorizo
Simmer while the veg softens
Add broccoli and courgette and simmer til it's all soft.
Add fish sauce at last five min mark( a dash)
Serve with weightwatchers garlic and coriander naan.
The stew itself ( should serve 3) is only about 470 cals and really filling!

Enjoy! :)
