I know that for an idian, its probably chicken tikka (dry) and that comes with a side salad.
But what do you order if you ever have a chinese ? im going for a hen night out soon and were starting off in a chinese restaurant so would like some advice on what to order. But while im on the topic it would be great to know what to order from other places, like nandos, pizza express, even pizza take aways and chippys etc just to have the knowledge would be fab x

The calories from chicken chow mein isn't so bad. Not too sure otherwise cos that's what I mostly get from chinese places.

Pizza is always difficult. Go for a thin crust though I guess. Pizza express, Nando's, other restaurants have the calories for their food on their website. Not all restaurants, but some do. And pizza express have an under 500 calorie (I think it is 500) section on their menu.

It's the area I really struggle with takeaways - especially since it's one of my favourite past times to eat out!

Yeah, it is really difficult cos like when there's something to celebrate or just meeting up with friends or whatever, we always go for a meal. Even if there's like another activity like going to a theme park or shopping or something. There will always be a meal involved! If I just had an off day every time I ate out, think I'd stop losing weight. It's easier when you know what you can have from these places!
