Whats the recommended amount...

    I'm not 100% sure but I think it's 2 1/2 litres and you have to drink slightly more if you have a bar. I try and have 4 litres a day and it does get easier. I've had 1 1/2 so far this morning.

    Minimum of 2 1/2 litres but try and drink 4 a day

    Hi, I find it helpful to have one 2 ltr bottle of water in the morning then one afternoon, that way I don't have to keep track of glasses and little bottles I've drank, I MUST drink my two big bottles and anything I have out or quick glass while I'm in the kitchen are a bonus.

    I usually aim for 4-6 litres a day, always have a litre bottle next to me just keep topping it up all day long....xxx

    wow, I thought I was doing really well. I've actually only had 1.2 l sighs
