haven't heard of Marshall's Macaroni Cheese - where do you get it and what are the syn values please?

It's a Scottish brand, but you can find it down South too. It has to be the boxed one, as the others (packet/pot) have syns.

I tend to bake some salmon and boil up some pasta with veggies. Or roast them if you prefer.
Or
pasta and homemade suace- chopped toms, beans, sweetcorn, kidney beans, onions etc with tabassco sauce.

FISH CHIPS AND MUSHY PEAS YUMMY!!!

Good stuff on here! I just did a search for budget meals and store cupboard meals and this threa popped up! Have copied and pasted some of these ideas to stick on my cupboard door so I don't stray into junk food territory after a long day at work!
