SW full cooked breakfast
Baked potato with tuna & sweetcorn mayo and salad
SW chips, fried eggs, coleslaw & ketchup

ok I lied -they were in the "simply summer" book.. here you go:-
Indian curried pork patties serves 4 free on EE and Original
14syns on green
1 red chilli -de-seeded and chopped
4 spring onions -finely slices
2 garlic cloves -crushed
2lb extra lean minced pork
2tsp ground cumin
2tsp ground coriander
3tbsp fresh chopped coriander (I omit this)
1tsp ground ginger
2oz natural yogurt
grated zest 1 lime (I omit this too)
salt and cracked black pepper
low cal cooking spray (I omit this too )
squish it all together until well mixed
chill for at least 30mins
shape into 8 patties (I chill them again at this point to make them less likely to break)
spray the burgers and place under a grill for 5-6mins on each side -or until cooked
I ignore the spray and drop mine into a hot non-stick pan and seal each side and then bake in a moderate oven until cooked through They are gorgeous (even cold) and I now add 2tbs of natural yogurt to any burger I make -it keeps them really moist
My favourite atm is definitely the pasta and cheese bake! I jazz it up a little with my own fave veggies, and it turns out absolutely lovely. mmmm going to make it tomoz I think!

-lentil and veg curry with rice

-some random food my bf makes that has no real name lol but its syn free and tasty - lots of veg cut up with chickpeas and tin tomatoes and lots of spices - tasty morrocan style yumminess usually served with couscous
-homemade burgers HUGEEEEEEE with a wholemeal roll and lowlow cheese slice and potato wedges and corn on the cob mmmmmmmmm
1) Spinach Cannelloni (similar to HoneyOc's recipe, but using Cottage Cheese and Quark)
2) BBQ Chicken Thighs with AH Cous Cous and Mushrooms
3) Fried Egg, Baked Beans and SW Chips
4) Fettuccini with King Prawns (haven't made this in ages though)
5) Mung Dhal Curry with Basmalti Rice
1. Butternut squash and bacon rissotto(from ee book).
2. cajun chicken kebabs(chick,peppers,mushrooms) with potato wedges and salad.
3. chicken,spinach and potato curry(think from ee book).
4. a good old cooked breakfast.
