When am I allowed chocolate bars?

I am just about at the end of my first week of ss and I am missing having something to "eat".

Was just wondering when is it I am allowed to get the CD chocolate bars?

In the second week. You have to wait for ketosis to be fully established.

Sorry to be a pest but does that mean that, when I go weigh in tomorrow I should be able to get them? I Just need something to look forward to finding it really tough to get through it today!!!

After 2weeks is advised. So normally 14days after you start or at your 3rd weigh in week!

Have you tried cooking a pack, Mhairi? There's some recipes on a sticky at the top of this forum.
