Hi there just wondering does anyone use there Healthy extras in there meals or as snacks i always wonder if using them as snacks i maybe eating to much during the day instead of reaching for superfree instead. thank you x
I tend to be using mine for breakfast, i like to plan my meals around the least amount of Syns, leaving those for treats. i snack on lots of superfree throughout the day, and have the treats if i've had a good day.
I tend to use mine for supper - I have a glass of milk and a fibre plus bar - or sometimes for a snack mid afternoon - usually scanbran and LCL. I do add fruit if it's a snack, but not for supper as it's planned and a treat.
i usually have 1 b at breakfast or lunch, an a (cheese) at lunch or dinner and milk(A) and 2 alpen lights (B) after dinner as I always want a chocolate fix then
I use mine through out the day, with meals. Generally dont use all my healthy extras though... hope thats not a bad thing. Just not keen on milk and stuff x
I've been doing red days lately, so normally I would have half my HeB (either 2 slices of nimble or 2 Alpen light bars)
If I have the bread for breakfast then I would usually have 3 x Light Laughing Cow spread on it (Part of my HeA, if I'm having Laughing Cow I never eat my full HeA)
For dinner I would have the rest of my HeB in the form of SW wedges with 227g potato - but recently I've not been having my second HeB as I'm starting to get sick of wedges and I can't use the HeB on pasta as it has to be wholemeal pasta which I hate
I normally have porridge with milk for breakfast ( I never use milk anywhere else ) and a potato for lunch . This leaves me another Hea , which tbh I dont often have
