Here we go again ..
sounds mad but sometimes you notice the differnce when you have a week you have a small loss or a maintain its almost like your body spends that week settiling it self down to your weight loss .... ive had a few occasions in the past where ive had a few good losses then the week i feel smaller get in to a size smaller or something its turns out out i havent lost much ...weird ehh
