when do you lose a daily pp?

    My Fitness Pal (calorie counting)
    On the Discover plan you'd lose a daily point every time you went past a half stone marker - but with the propoints does it work the same?
    I only ask because my propoints phone app doesn't work it out like that - and it puts me on 1 less daily pp than I was told in class (not at class anymore but now Same weight as when I last went)

    I think its roughly that... I started on 42 and now 36 (this is just going by my calculator) which levels out to one per half stone. But not sure how spread out they've been, i never noticed!

    Ooo I'd be interested to know too as I (fx) might drop down to the next stone today!

    Also if you use esource when I enter my weekly weight will it change it automatically if it's due to?

    Unless I hear otherwise I think I'll just stick with every 7lbs like before :)

    I don't have e-source anymore but when I did have it - yes as long as you type in your weight changes it should adjust your allowance for you :)
