I have been on Xenical since last July and it has been an enormous help in me losing weight, I have lost just over 3 Stone :D I am now so Fat conscious and have reduced my consumption greatly, like this morning I had a Pitta bread with 3 Quorn sausages, with a dash of brown sauce yummy. The calories was 350 and the fat content was just under .3.

My question is should I take a Xenical with such a low fat content?

I take xenical with what ever I eat - even if its fruit - my doctor advised this because even though there is fat content labeled on most things - there could also be hidden fats in there - so its better to be safe then sorry!

Yeah my Dr basically said the same thing. Take it no matter how low you think that fat is because everything has a some and it'll still work. :)

I think unless you know for certain there is zero fat in something you might as well take it.

Actually sometimes I didn't take it when I knew that I was going to be eating something with a really high fat content
