When might Ketosis happen?

I am on the 790 plan can I ask, what food do you eat on this as i am stuck for ideas.

My day usually consists of a shake in the morning, a soup for lunch then the cooked meal for tea followed by another shake which sometimes I make into Ice cream.

On Saturday evening I had Chicken breast with lettuce, watercress and cucumber.

Last night I had a 275g fillet of cod with Spinach, watercress and cucumber.
 
I rotate the following :-

Cottage cheese
Tuna tinned and fresh
Chicken breast
Haddock
Cod


With various combinations of lettuce and dressings, plus curry powder/chilli powder on the meat/fish.
 
And sea bass, my favourite !
