When you go out for a meal...

I think that if you really want it then have it, and make up for it by saving points and doing more excercise. Or order the smallest one they do or agree to share one with someone so you have a smaller portion and then have salad.

where are you going for pizza? many places are quite happy to add less cheese for you if you ask :)

i am like you and tonight I am going out and enjoying myself - the only thing I am sticking to is the rule that if i feel full, i will stop. :)

Well, I didn't order a pizza, aren't I good!
I had a tomato pasta, although it did have cheese on top...
Also, when they brought bread at the beginning I instinctively grabbed a piece and buttered it! I guess I still have some new habits to learn....

I'm going to have to be extra good for the next few days!

Well done, did you enjoy it? Thats the main thing!
I think it's ok once in a while, I personally went a bit nuts over Christmas though, it's all about restraint and willpower ;)

You still done well tho by the sounds of it.

When i used to go out for dinner it would be a starter, main and dessert.

sounds like you enjoyed ur nite anyway. eating out is nice and shouldn't be ruled out altogether just cause your on a diet.
