......sachets of powdered gelatine?

I'm starting to feel a little tempted by all the Xmas goodies coming into the shops at the mo so thought I'd try making more deserts and I'd like to try the cheesecake on the website and it uses sachets powdered gelatine.

I've never seen this before - so does anyone know if it is available in supermarkets?

yes most supermarkets sell powdered gelatine in the co-op its next to the jelly so i d try next to jelly or baking stuff
