I'm here too! Yes our diary thread has been pretty quiet today. Perhaps it means folks are busy getting on with life and not worrying about food or maybe some are having a bad time right now. It's easy to not want to post when things aren't going well but I found it really helped me get back on track to have the support I find here. Glad you're here though!

And J your weight loss is amazing and to keep it on track even when off the plan or having a few UDs in a row. Keep it going girl - 5 weeks till Christmas!
