Just been to Morrisons and they've currently got some great offers on. Got a whole weeks worth of lunches for work for only a fiver!

They've got tinned salmon and crab meat in Poundland! SO much cheaper that supermarkets, and really nice! Also John West Kipper fillets in Brine. all Free Foods. (on Extra Easy or Red I should say)
