My local Tesco didn't have any :( There wasn't even an empty space on the shelf or a shelf edge label :cry:

My tesco's have the cereal bars in two area's - they are with the cereal's & also on another isle is a bigger selection & thats where I found them. Maybe yours is the same?? I ended up asking a staff member where all the cereal bars were,lol
 
Does anyone know where I can get Alpen Lights for £1? It's been a while since I haven't seen any offer on these and they are crucial to my sticking to plan :)

B&M Bargains sometimes have them at that price but my local one has only had the normal Alpen cereal bars recently.
 
Quorn sausages and Quorn chicken style pieces are £1 each at Lidl. Great speed food for green days and excellent for chilli and curry, yum.

someone mentioned approved foods the other day...I'm just wonering if anyone has used Food bargains which seems the same sort of thing and how they have found it?

i looked it at the other day not as much as AF on there although postage less, products more expensive and more choice on AF
