This is just my first week of slimming world but i think the 100g peach ones are free but the 4 pack peach ones are 120g and the single peach snack pots are both half a syn? Hopefully someone can confirm soon! xx
 
If you click on the Syn Value Forum you'll find a 'sticky' dedicated to yoghurts. This should clear your queries up but I'm sure you'll find that it's only the peach 165g pot that's 1/2 syn. It's size probably just nudges it over the 'free' allowance but as to why it's only the peach flavour .............:(

TESCO - Heinz Baked Bean In Tomato Sauce 415G X 6 Pack £3.10, are buy one get one free. So 12 tins for £3, bargain!

The 180g Brooklea Be Light Vanilla Fat Free ones I get have no noticeble difference in ingredients or nutritional info to Mullerlights so I treat them as free and so far it's working.
 
Just back from Sainsburys where I got

Philadelphia - 2 for £2 (usually £1.35 each)

Heinz 1kg fridge pack 50p off down to £1.29 (never see them before - seems like a good idea)

Splenda - 25% off a big yellow tub thing - £2.37 (down from £3.17)

Red grapefruit - 3 for a £1

all for 11 quid witch i think is good i will deffo be going there again x
