Hi,

Tesco Raw King Prawns 250g are currently half price at only £2.50!!!

A super price for these i think.

I love using them in my syn free special fried rice or i marinade them and grill them

Tesco have Options on at 7 for £1.50 and their Light Choices Beans at 3 for £1 (or was it £1.50? doh!) I find them less sweet than Heinz. They also had their Heinz pasta meals on offer if you like those although I am happy with the Tesco versions.

Both Tesco's and Sainsbury's have Pasta & Sauce on offer and Tesco's have Shape Zero yogurts at 2 packs for £2.

Sainsbury's had a big multipack bag of Royal Gala apples for £1 and both stores had quite a few multi-buy meat offers on.

Mini Cadburys Animal biscuits- Home Bargains

I'm not sure whether this has already been posted somewhere, but I went to Home Bargains/Quality Save today and found a pack of 8 mini bags of Cadbury's Animals biscuits for 99p. They're 110 calories, so 5.5 syns, per little bag, and they make a very nice treat! Also, the little 9 syn boxes of Mikado are 2 for £1 in B&M Bargains. Hurray for value shopping!

I don't have enough posts to have a thankyou button yet but I just wanted to say, erm, THANKS! I had been steering clear of the ones OH bought figuring that the syns would be horrendous. Some of them have got more syns than you'd expect but some are a lot lower. I've just munched a thai curry one and it's GORGEOUS! I adore thai curry but it's difficult to find anything low-syn that hits the spot, 'cause of the coconut. At full price they're a bit pricy for what they are but if they'll scratch my thai-food itch I'm happy!

Isn't it funny! It just shows that we need to constantly look up syn values in things! Out of all of those pots, I would probably have steered clear of the thai coconut one because of the word coconut when infact it's the second lowest in syns of them all!! Thanks for those values!X

Hmm i tried the light cranberry juice from morrisons. :jelous: It was soooo sweet & had no dry after taste really dissapointed. Think i'll have to stick with the fiery ginger beer i bought in tesco as that's free too.
