Are the quorn sausages syn free or low syn? Going try pop up tomorrow as the husband having big fat juicy butchers sausages which I can't have boo so doing green day and just having the egg chips and beans instead :-( x

If you aren't a veggy, then try the Morrisons Eat Smart sausages, gorgoues, and only 1/2 a syn

Mini Meals - 37p in Tesco atm, MugShots - 57p = Tesco. They are cheaper in Home Bargains but I like the Roast chicken one best and that one is never in HB.

Also try those Heinz Pasta Pouches, the Creamy Mushroom and Red Pepper Sauce with Penne is 3.5 syns and gorgeous.

I have tried these - and found them not very nice and not very filling. Give them a go, i am sure its a preference thing!

If you have Rivitas in the 99p shop they do an upright clip lid container that are perfect for keeping the rivytas fresh and crisp if like me a packet lasts you well over a week or 2
