In Tesco they have all varieties of Amoy soy sauce for £1 and the Weight Watchers Petit Pains (HexB) for 50p instead of 90p

Not only does the Asda here have the bags of Pasta for 50p, but some of the types of Pasta are even on offer for 25p!!!!!!! Farfalle and Tricolor to name a few..... ;-)

Black corner is good, it means it's no syns if its 1% or under, if it's a red corner then they are made slightly differently and are synned.

Red writing is the original brand version available in the supermarkets. All of the 1% fat packs are free and some of the 2% fat ones. They look like this

Black writing are the different recipe available from the bargain stores. All synned apart from sweet and sour but not hugely high

I have lost 10.5lb so far... this is my THIRD DIET CHALLENGE OVER THE YEARS..I have lost 4st twice now... once with cal.counting and 2nd with WW... but I prefer SW as it is sooo much easier to do with my husband... he has lost over 1.5 st. since the beginning of Jan. this year.
