Mug shots, super low fat super noodles and bachelors pasta and sauce - not all flavours are free if you check the online app it will tell you x
 
Muller yogs are good but again check, not all are syn free.
If you're an Aldi fan their fat free Greek yog hurts are free as well and v tasty.
Hard boiled eggs, pickles (beetroot, pickled onions) and free ham are all good snacks things as well
 
If you make a chickpea Dahl loaf ( in recipes section) you can eat all of it syn free and its really filling or cook up some quorn sausages great for snacking. Also seafood sticks, prawns and cockles are all free :)
 
Home Bargains yesterday had packets of weight watchers jelly crystals for 12p. Serves 2. Flavour was strawberry and rasbperry, was a little bit weak, but might be nice with some fruit in, and certainly not bad for 12p!
