    Hi folks,
I am been looking at low carb products for after induction. Was particularly interested in getting the heinz one carb ketchup. But LCM charges postage of £11.55 to N.Ireland! Yikes.
Anyone know any alternative sources for this product?

    Thanks

Boots and Tesco sell Atkins products round my way.

Holland and Barrett is good for flax seed and lower carb sweets.

Most the stuff I get is from the supermarkets, mostly because they have excellent labels so I can track the carb content easily.

    Learn to love labels! :D
