Where to start

Hi all,

I am almost 7 stone over my goal and want to exercise with my healthy eating plan.
Here come the problems i dont know where to start.

I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia so walking/running/gym/classes are not for me right now.

I cannot do videos at home as i have a disabled son on the floor/puppy both who like to get in the way whilst i try to do it.

Cant get gym equipment as no room.

What do i do?
Any ideas? As I'm stuck

Do you work somewhere with stairs? You can make little changes like using stairs instead of the lift. I also got some of the ankle weights, which add a bit more resistance when you're just doing things around the house. I'm rushing off to work now; but I'll have a think and see if there are any other suggestions!
 
I guess you work from home.

What about when your son is in bed. Could you put the puppy in another room and do Leslie Sansone workouts?

Start off with the 1 mile and work up. Hold a couple of tins in your hand and give your arms a workout at same time.:)
