I have been a bit of a lurker at the mo as I am not sure if any of you remember but I have had some financial difficulties (story of my life) this month so i went to my cdc to tell her every penny had to go on the mortgage and rent and there was no money left for cd (and that included supermarket shopping if i wasnt on a diet) anyway to cut along story short i explained it would only be for feb and come 1st march i would be ok again, i REALLY didnt want to stop cd and could i be cheeky and ask if I could still see her weekly to know how much 'damage' i had done and just to keep an eye on my weight. she was and has been FANTASTIC and gave me a list of foods to stick to, those to have moderately and those not to have at all.
Unfortuantely bread was on the mod list and i went a bit OTT hence a 1.5lbs weight gain. my cdc was brilliant though and completely understood so i am back to cold turkey on the carbs and looking to shift that 1.5lbs for next week and it would be nice for a bit more.
Yesterday i ordered my Matron of honor dress ready for aug and the ladies in the shop wouldnt even measure me till the last min to order my dress so i have to go back on the 5th April so i need to get cracking lol

Good to hear your okay, 1.5lb on is great going as its showing you are still managing to control your food intake, I believe most have a slight gain when they reintroduce carbs. 1st March isn't too long away, I'm so glad to hear your CDC is being so supportive as that will give you all the encouragement you need to keep going.
