His book is also amazing. Explains that you need carbs to get the third element of the two particles you need to store fat. Unlimited protein and fat = no weight gain.
Is that the why we get fat book? I have the Diet Delusion book which is amazing! I'm actually going to write a section of it out (in my own words to avoid copyright lol) and post it because it's such an amazing bit of info about how weight is gained and why low carb is the best option.
