    how do i know what is obesse and what is just over weight

    google NHS bmi calculator so you can see which catagory you are in atm. then you can keep recalculating at a lower weight until you see at which weight you will be classed as "obese", "overweight" or "healthy"

    i need to get my bmi under 30 and will be classed as over weight whooo who would have thought we would be celbrateing this haha
