Which 57g wholemeal roll do you have?

    I am wondering which roll you have for hex b when you choose the 57g????

    The ones I find are either too small or too large??

    Please help...

    Apparently Tesco Healthy Living rolls are exactly 57g and Waitrose are 59g.

    Otherwise you need to syn the excess or take a bit off (maybe the innards) to bring it down in weight.

    Have to say though that a 57g roll really is not very big at all.

    I use a Hovis sliced roll, from memory thats the HEB, BUT its from memory. I don't have rolls that often.

    I tend to have 2 extra syns and have 2 slices of medium wholemeal Hovis. More bang for your buck I think.

    Morrison's do some, I think they are called Deli rolls, they come in a pack of 4, and are 60g each
