did ee first week, gained 0.5lbs! stuck to it until i was comfortable with the plan, lost a bit more, have now switched to a few days green and a few days ee. coming up to wi day, i prefer to do green as i just feel that bit healthier and know i can do without meat. haven't yet tried yet - don't know if i would be comfortable buying/eating that much meat. maybe one day! well done on a brilliant first loss, my biggest number has only been 3lbs, and that was once! xxx
