Which suplements to use?

Now that I'm doing 1000, I'm down to 2 CD products. Does anyone take vitamins/mineral suplements to make up the decrase of CD vits&minerals (in the products)?

I realise that the introduction of real food should make up the difference, but I eat quite a limited amount of the available foods (vegetarian and fussy :eek: ).

So any recomendations on suplements?

I'm not a veggie Mocha but I am in the habit of taking, a cod liver oil capsule, calcium/magnesium (I don't drink milk) and zinc with vit C. You could take a multi vit, it wouldn't hurt, if you are concerned.
KatyCakes is a veggie, she might have good advice?
