there are soooo many threads to post in and i dont know which one to chose to get me started - help????

i had posted a new thread but its not shown up anywhere on here...this isnt an easy site to break into lol

Hi, welcome and don't panic! If you have something to say on the subject of a thread absolutely go ahead and post a comment. You have as much right to say what you think as the rest of us

If you have questions about syn values or are looking for a recipe then there are special sub-forums to do that. Oh and as some questions come up time and again it's worthwhile doing a search to see if your question has already been asked and answered. I can't tell you how many time people ask about mullerlights, mugshots and pasta 'n' sauce
