Which weight?

    I weighed myself on saturday which I usually do and the scales said 11st 1lb. Now the following day after that was when I started LT again.

    Stupid me, I weighed myself again and it said I weighed 11st 5lbs. Knowing that I shouldn't have done this as I went out to eat my friend and her family to an indian restuarant on saturday, and we know how fatty the food is there lol.

    Anyway, should I go by my weight on saturday or by my weight on sunday?

    Hi yasmine i would go with your saturdays weight !!!! This week is the only time i have weighed myself apart from the chemist and i have been gutted all wk. 4 days after last WI i had put 2lbs on couldnt believe it it put me on a real downer then today was my WI at the chemist and i have lost 5lbs , so i will not be doing that again. I think we need to just WI once a week by them
