Whit Sunday Challenge anyone?

hey, that's my birthday.. 7 weeks to go hmm?
I recon I can manage 18lbs by then realistically, but I like to aim high so I'll go for 21lbs.. 3 a week...

Can I join aswell please :) I go to Spain in June and it's also my 26th birthday :) at the mo I weigh 10st 9 and want to lose 14-16pound if possible. I've been doing EE for 1week now from home and gave lost 4pounds:)

So how are we all getting on today?
im only on week 2 (thurs eve weigh inn) so im still at the excited and very motivated stage.
im trying to tell myself that this is not a "diet" but a complete change of lifestyle

I am also trying to up my exercise from nothing to a lot more! ha easier said than done!

have dusted off the wii fit, cheeky so and so when i jumped back on!
have put on 7lbs in over a year!

have also downloaded an app onto my iphone "couch to 5k" HA apparantly i will be running 5k in 9 weeks!
starting that tonight
 
Good idea very determined, I think I will download the C25K app. I have a huge park next to me so there's no excuse really!! how are you finding the 'diet' so far? x

I too started this dubiously nearly 4 weeks ago when I started SW and I nearly died on day one jogging the 1 minute. This morning I did Week 5 Day 2 where I am up to jogging 8 mins x 2 and on Thursday its a 20 minute jog, and I can do it!!! It's a great programme and will build you up slowly always a challenge but never more than you can do, good luck with it!
 
Another challenge - cool!! I think that's two days before I see Take That. That's a nice little incentive to lose...! lol

Do you know, scarily, brilliant, i have done WW, Scottish Slimmers, Xenical, Cambridge, Slimfast, Diet Chef and this is the best 12 days ive ever had so far, i honestly dont feel deprived, im not hungry.
Ha no more going to bed at 8pm cos i have no points, shakes or anything left!

whats your secret? do you eat lot super foods or exercise a lot?
 
There's no secret, I stick to the plan - roughly 3 red, 2 green, 2 EE, I walk everywhere possible at least an hour 5 times a week, zumba once a week. Plenty of fruit and veg and fish and I vary my healthy extras. I really enjoy everything I eat and try and vary things so i don't get bored. Hope that helps, variety is the key....oh and a wardrobe of clothes that are too small he he ;-)
