Maintaining
Just had a little experiment which turned out to be scrummy, so I thought I'd share... 4 syns per indulgent portion.
Pour natural yogurt into a dessert bowl.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract and sprinkle sweetener to taste.
Add 11g of white choc options and mix well.
Pop the bowl in the freezer.
Give the mixture a stir every 10 minutes or so.
When the mixture is almost frozen, add 14g of mini marshmallows (or chopped up big ones!)
Pop back in the freezer for one last time, and hey presto!
I thought I might add some chopped banana next time, too.
