White fish ????

hiya, 'i'm on to day five now and i was just wondering if scallops are classed as white fish?

Oooo i love scallops i guess the cambridge guide is the best to follow white fish i think means the likes of Cod Haddock etc etc, i am sure KD may know x

I think you may find that scallops are classed as shellfish and are a no no due to a higher salt content. Am sure someone will be on here soon to clarify for you though. I love scallops - could eat them for every meal!

Im not sure being honest.. ive only ever had cod as my fish allowance on SS+ scallops seem too good to be allowed lol

Sorry - so much higher in carbohydrate and sodium than white fish. Just think how delicious they will taste when you can have them!
