Just a question is white tea allowed I know we can have green tea and all other leaf teas but is white herbal tea made with leaves my box doesnt say?

white tea is fine but it does have caffeine in it so shouldn't be counted towards what you need to drink.

There was confusion on here before and I emailed lipotrim HQ who told me tea and coffee don't count.

It is okay
White tea is made from the same plants as black tea but the leaves are harvested earlier, while they still have the fine white hair on them, hence the name white tea. The taste is lighter than black tea as black tea is fermented longer to give it a stronger taste.
White tea also has less caffeine due to the quicker process when it is made. It also has more antitoxins. Happy days!
