Whoa! First week weigh in!

I lost an amazing 7.2lbs in my first week using Alli! I'm amazed

I know that will drastically slow down but I'm very happy with that as a start. But the boost I needed. Onwards and downwards

Aside from a bit of a grumbly tummy at times I have had no problems at all. So just like everyone on here says, just stick to the fat guidelines and everything will be fine

Thanks everyone, was very pleased. It would be lovely to get 2.4lbs off this week to get under 15stone but I will be happy with anything really
