Wholemeal bread rolls ?

hi there is 1 wholemeal bread roll 1 x HB? having home made minted lamb burgers and im just thinking of what to have them with thanks for any help x

You can have any 57g wholemeal roll. The only ones I know that are that weight are the Tesco ones and they seem really small! If you're doing Red or Green and get 2 HEBs then you can have a larger roll - 114g or 2 x 57g rolls which would obviously be more filling.

If I'm having burgers I tend to use the 57g wholemeal rolls from Tesco, and use them as open burgers, and have two burgers, much nicer than a load of bread.

I went to Tesco and the only ones they had in look like new branding and they are 68g each...so can I say 1 HXB plus syn the extra 11g of bread say 1.5 syns?
