Wholemeal pancakes??

Can I use wholemeal flour to make pancakes and count it as a Healthy Extra B and if so how much should I use, thanks?

No afraid not as wholemeal flour is not a heb and even if you were to use wholemeal bread flour they wouldn't turn out well

Hi, I found a great recipe for pancakes and it's so delicious - I can't remember where I got it now but anyway here it is...

Serves 2 (about 4 pancakes per serving)
(5 Syns per serving or 0.5 if ready brek is HEXB)

Mix 50g Ready Brek, 1tbsp Splenda, 1/2 tsp baking Powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
In a seperate bowl mix 130g FF vanilla yogurt and 4 eggs
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
Spray griddle pan with fry light and cook pancakes on a low heat until each side is golden.

I have them with a tablespoon of Golden Syrup for 2 Syns mmmmmmm!
