just had to share this lost 2lb this week but best of all i got my 4 stones 7 lbs award (with 1.5lb towards my next award) so well pleased also shared sotw with my dad :talk017:

im really proud of my dad, he had a massive triple heart op in march last year that went wrong (punchered lung + other complications he nearly died) so i really love it when he does well
