    go for a run you will feel better or walk at least three mile then you will have earned them it's ok to eat what you want as long as you balance it out XXXXX

    Oh dear!!! Never mind, your only human. Drink loads of water and try to do some extra excercise (if you can fit it in).

    I can sympathise, it sounds like something i would do!

    Well done, a loss is a loss and a lb of fat looks disgusting so you should be really chuffed! The swimming must have helped!
