Why am I sabotaging myself??

I guess I do get stuck in my ways food wise. DH has a very limited range of foods he will eat (I blame what he was fed as a child but anyway) so generally can't be bothered to cook something like a curry for me and something else for DH as well as sortingvthe kids out earlier.

I don't think me feeling I deserve a treat ever comes into it. I see social eating as treats but def not snacking.

I'm leaving for weigh in in 20 mins, haven't eaten all day and just had to endure my kids eating faggots, peas and mash. It was haaaaard!!
 
Hi, you might find that your motivation returns if you get a little gain this week, that's what happened with me anyway :eek: Really spurred me on to do well next week.
 
Well blow me down with a feather, I lost a pound!

I'm feeling better and positive I'm going to think before I eat - I hate dreading weigh in...class is my me time so I much prefer looking forward to it!
