Why can't I see my post?

Hi,
I spent quite a bit of time this morning posting a topic to Lipotrim Forum called "cooking for others". It has not displayed yet.
I posted a new thread after that ("multivitamins? ginseng?") which did display.
Is it being checked and will it display later?

Also, how can you contact a moderator directly?

the one about multivitamins is 3rd from the bottom of the page hun, can't see the one about cooking for others, did you post it right? xx
