Why do I feel so guilty

I was feeling really hungry and just used 22 of my weeklies I never really use them to be honest! I now feel like I'm going to put weight on :( like I've failed I know they are there to use. So I really don't know why I feel like this. I did 30 minutes jogging after I ate the points as I felt so guilty :/ please help me is it okay to use that many weeklies at once will I still lose weight? Xox

Course it is!!!! A lot of peeps have the entire. 49 all at once!!!! I'm always really cautious about using my weeklies as I panic I won't have enough left and then I don't flipping use them!!!! Keep going hun, at least your doing the right thing by pointing everything!!!! Xxxxx

Correct me if I'm wrong (cos this is only day 2 on WW), but isn't that what the weekly points are there for? I'm going to be using mine for wine on Sunday with dinner, or for a sneaky G&T or two in the evenings.

The worst thing you can do, though, is beat yourself up. You've eaten more than you want to, so what you have to do is just keep on track for the rest of the week. It's not the end of the world. And remember - everyone else does this too! If losing weight was so easy, we'd all be super slim and WW/SW etc wouldn't exist!
