I was feeling really hungry and just used 22 of my weeklies I never really use them to be honest! I now feel like I'm going to put weight on
like I've failed I know they are there to use. So I really don't know why I feel like this. I did 30 minutes jogging after I ate the points as I felt so guilty :/ please help me is it okay to use that many weeklies at once will I still lose weight? Xox
