I have been on LL for 8 weeks. During that time I have lost 20lbs ....far less that anyone else in my group but still a good loss and 20lbs more than if I had been on any other diet....I usually put on!!! I was wondering whether my realatively slow weight loss had anything to do with not having ketones in my urine. I have never had a positive test:cry:and I haven't cheated in all the 8 weeks. Does anyone have any idea why I don't produce ketones in my urine and why my weight loss seems to be rather slow?
