Why have i gained 2lb - and stuck to step 3!!! :-(

Anyone had any experience on step 3 Cambridge diet and randomly gained weight with no explanation?

I have been on Step 3 for 4 weeks and have been doing the Josie interval training DVD every day for 30 minutes. Each week iv lost (3lb, 2lb and 1lb) but this week iv gained nearly 3lb.

Iv done nothing different to my food - even down to having the same breakfast lunch and dinner as I'm so scared of gaining.

Can anyone help me and encourage me?!? I feel rubbish because iv worked so so hard and feels so depressing knowing iv gained after all my hard work.

How can I not eat a single thing wrong, continue with the same work out routine each day - yet still put weight on?

How is that fair? What will happen when I move up/off cambridge? Will I just gain and gain and gain!?
 
For future people who are worried about a similar thing - just to put you at ease.... I lost 5lb this week and didn't change a thing!!!! So just be persistent :)
