Hi there, last year I started swimming not having done any real exercise before. I saw really great results and lost over three stone. I've unfortunately put quite a bit of it back on over a trip and fell out of the habit of going swimming. Over the past 5 weeks I have gotten massively back in to it, and have been trying to step up my intensity and duration as I know doing the same workout again and again leads to nothing in the end...but why is it not working? My diet is fairly healthy, and I go swimming nearly every day! Is it really possible that I've done so much swimming that it no longer burns any calories at all? I really am at the end of my rope so any advice would be much appreciated...
