Why no salt????

    Im really struggling to give up salt, and while my books tell meI cant have it, I would really like to understand why!

    Can anyone tell me?

    It's because salt makes you retain water.

    Salt will make you retain water and so will show you heavier on the scales. That's how I understand it. Good luck hun xxx

    hey, from my understanding if im right salt can retain water so not a good combination on this diet as will make your losses lower than they shud be, youll find the longer you go without it the less you notice youre not having any.
