    I had a great weigh in tonight loosing another 4 lb, and you wouldtn elieve what ive just done, ive eaten 2 packets of crisps and 2 large cookies,i couldnt stop eating, whats thenbetting its totm next week:cry:

    Well done on your weigh in! Who knows why we do these things? I think you need to accept it and move on - put it behind you. One day at a time.... tomorrow is a fresh day. x
